Using pulleys and cables, the G5s Cable Motion technology allows for unrestricted paths of motion and natural, biomechnically-correct exercises to train your entire body. It includes a removable, adjustable bench with 6 incline angles, 3x V-groove pulleys and a Dock'nLock safety system which ensures the bench is safely locked in place.
